DENISE RICHARDS and rocker RICHIE SAMBORA have garnered attention this week for their very public displays of affection over the weekend, which includes hand-holding and kissing at a number of Los Angeles area hotspots. But this story is far from over!

The twosome, who have both been making headlines for their impending divorces from CHARLIE SHEEN and HEATHER LOCKLEAR, respectively, were spotted smooching it up at the restaurant Le Caf�.
"They were very affectionate," the European bistro's general manager FRANK PERKINS tells the upcoming issue of Us Weekly, on stands Friday.
"They were looking into each other's eyes, laughing and giggling like crazy, and seemed to be really enjoying one another," one witness tells the magazine.

BON JOVI ar currently on tour in JAPAN. They've played two shows in TOKYO and one show in NAGOYA. Last night (Friday, April 14th) they played the OSAKA DOME in OSAKA, JAPAN. Now, for the first three shows of the Japanese tour, Jon Bon Jovi began the show by performing LAST MAN STANDING out on the Front of House mix position (just like he did for much of the arena runs earlier in the tour.) He would then make his way to the stage, through the crowd - again, just like in the US/Canada dates of the past few months. However, when it came to the acoustic portion of the show, even if the band performed BLAZE OF GLORY, it was not done from a platform out in the crowd. The venue (baseball stadium) didn't allow for that type of production.

So, for the OSAKA show, Jon decided to change things up a bit. Check out the set list:

The group's current hit, "Who Says You Can't Go Home," will be featured on T-V commercials that will begin airing in New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland later this month.
Singer Jon Bon Jovi, who grew up in Sayreville, and bandmate and songwriter Richie Sambora waived their royalty fees for the song.

Guitarist Richie Sambora fell in his Los Angeles home and fractured his left arm in two places last month. Bon Jovi said Sambora will be able to play the Japan dates, but he may have to cradle the guitar sitting down, and has been experimenting with putting the strap over his other shoulder.

For worse: Locklear filed for divorce Feb. 2.
What are they fighting over? He filed for joint custody of Ava in March after a skirmish over which judge would hear their case. The couple have a prenuptial agreement.

Who will come out on top?

Levin's legal brief: "What gets my antenna up on this one is that he's asking for joint custody and she's asking for sole custody. You have a rocker on one side and a sweet and beautiful woman on the other. Based on stereotypes, she has the upper hand. She could (argue) that bouncing the kid back and forth is not in (the child's) best interest."

Toler's ruling: "Some judges are biased toward women. So it depends on which judge they get, which might be why they're fighting over judges. After a (child's) certain age, I'm a big fan of joint custody because it gives both parents a chance to be an active part of the kid's life."

Richie Sambora suffered a broken arm in a spill recently at his Los Angeles home, E! Online reported. The Bon Jovi guitarist won't miss the band's next tour. He is expected to be recovered in time for the Japanese leg of the Have a Nice Day World Tour, starting Saturday. Sambora has one less shoulder to cry on since he filed for divorce from his wife, Heather Locklear, two weeks ago.

Bon Jovi guitarist breaks left arm.

-- As if going through a divorce wasn't bad enough, Richie Sambora got another tough break last week when he fell and broke his arm.

According to the band's official web site, the Bon Jovi guitarist fell at his home in Los Angeles last week and broke his left arm.

Sambora's arm was treated and will be in a sling but, in true superstar fashion, he'll still perform when Bon Jovi kicks off the Japanese stadium leg of their "Have A Nice Day World Tour" on April 8th.

Sambora's arm will be fully recovered by the time Bon Jovi starts their European tour in May. No shows will be cancelled.
