Latest odd couple -- Locklear and Spade?LOS ANGELES, April 5 (UPI) -- Considering actress Heather Locklear's history with tall, dark rock stars, reports that she's smitten with a short, blond snark star are not so surprising.
US Weekly reports the star of film and TV and soon-to-be ex-wife of Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora is dating David Spade, the star of "The Benchwarmers" and his own Hollywood-skewing show on Comedy Central.
Locklear and Spade were reportedly seen canoodling at a West Hollywood hot spot, the magazine said. The celebrities have the same manager and have been longtime friends, US noted in speculating the friendship has turned to romance.
Locklear was previously married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee and in the process of ending her 11-year union with Sambora.
Spade refused to comment on the relationship at the weekend premiere of "The Benchwarmers," US said.
