BON JOVI - SAMBORA MAKES SITCOM APPEARANCE
BON JOVI guitarist RICHIE SAMBORA is set to show off his acting skills, after making a guest appearance on an American sitcom.
The rocker, who is happily married to actress HEATHER LOCKLEAR, recently taped a guest appearance for the comedy STILL STANDING, in which he plays a character named REVEREND ROACH, reports MTV.
While the Bon Jovi website lists the KEEP THE FAITH star's episode as airing on 28 February (05), a spokesperson for the show says the episode will now air at a later date - "probably" in May (05).

CBS's series STILL STANDING will be airing the episode featuring an appearance by Richie Sambora during May sweeps period. Tune in on Monday, MAY 23rd to see the episode featuring your favorite guitar player as 'Reverend Roach.'

RICHIE SAMBORA ON TELEVISION!!!
(Wednesday, February 9, 2005)Check this one out! RICHIE SAMBORA taped a guest appearance on the CBS sitcom STILL STANDING. Richie was on set before a live studio audience in Hollywood, California yesterday (Tuesday, February 8th) taping the half-hour show. His character is 'Reverend Roach' (don't ask - just tune in) and will be in the February 28th episode. Tune in!

Canadian artists Neil Young and Barenaked Ladies have been chosen to perform at Friday night's MusiCares 2005 person of the year tribute to Brian Wilson in Los Angeles. (Toronto band Barenaked Ladies penned the tune Brian Wilson early in their career.)
Also paying homage to the one-time Beach Boys leader are Backstreet Boys, Jeff Beck, Michelle Branch, Jamie Cullum, Earth, Wind & Fire, India.Arie, Darlene Love, Shelby Lynne, Fred Martin and The Levite Camp, Michael McDonald, Billy Preston, Red Hot Chili Peppers, ?uestlove (the Roots), and Richie Sambora.
Jon Lovitz is emceeing the Palladium event on Sunset Boulevard that includes a special tribute dinner, concert and silent auction.
