Richie Sambora Loves This Town
Richie Sambora, Bon Jovi's legendary lead guitarist, can now call the City of Brotherly his home after making a historical buy at The Residences at Two Liberty Place.Sambora purchased a $3.58 million luxury residence on the 52nd floor paying a record $1,377 per square foot. That is the highest price per square foot ever paid in Philadelphia's residential condominium real estate market.
