Guitarist sets condo record
Richie Sambora, the lead guitarist for rock band Bon Jovi, paid $3.58 million for a 52nd-floor apartment in Philadelphia, the most ever paid on a per-square-foot basis for a condominium in the city.
Sambora, 49, paid $1,377 a square foot for the 2,600-square-foot condominium. The condo, at The Residences at Two Liberty Place, has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It is Sambora's first home in Philadelphia.
