Charlie Sheen has stepped out with his new girlfriend.
The Hollywood actor, who is currently locked in a bitter divorce with estranged wife Denise Richards, turned up at the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball in Los Angeles on Saturday with Brooke Mueller - a 28-year-old former actress, who now works as a real estate investor - on his arm.
The actor's spokesperson has confirmed the pair are dating, saying: "She is his girlfriend."
While Sheen, 40, is best known for Hollywood hits Wall Street and Platoon, Mueller's career peaked with a 1999 straight-to-video horror movie.
The pair's decision to go public with their relationship comes just days after Richards explained how she wasn't "looking for love" when she started dating Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora.
The 35-year-old actress says her romance with the rocker - who is the estranged husband of close friend Heather Locklear - "was the last thing" she wanted.
Richards said: "It's true when they say things happen when you least expect it."
