Charlie and Denise in bitter fight

Charlie Sheen's bust-up with Denise Richards is getting uglier, with her accusing him in court papers of using prostitutes, being addicted to gambling and threatening to kill her during a short marriage that produced two children.

Extra bitterness has been added by Denise's now dating Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora, former husband of Heather Locklear -- the Samboras and the Sheens were once a best-friends foursome. Charlie denies her accusations as a "vile slur" designed to hurt his TV career. He's been court-ordered to stay away from Denise, who claims she's fearful he'll carry out threats to kill her.

Prediction: Charlie makes things so uncomfortable for Denise, Richie can't take the heat and dumps her.
