Rocker Richie Sambora has moved to replace the judge presiding over his divorce case.
The Bon Jovi guitarist filed papers in Los Angeles on Friday - just weeks after Heather Locklear petitioned for a divorce - asking that the judge assigned to preside over his case be removed.
The papers read: "The judge is prejudiced against the party or the interest of the party so that the affiant (Sambora) cannot or believes that she (Sambora's attorney) cannot have a fair and impartial trial."
