Rocker RICHIE SAMBORA has moved to replace the judge presiding over his divorce case, because he feels he's prejudiced against him.
The BON JOVI guitarist filed papers in Los Angeles on Friday (24FEB06) - just weeks after HEATHER LOCKLEAR petitioned for divorce - asking the judge assigned to preside over his case be removed.
The papers read: "The judge is prejudiced against the party or the interest of the party so that the affiant (Sambora) cannot or believes that she (Sambora's attorney) cannot have a fair and impartial trial."
