RICHIE SAMBORA AND HEATHER LOCKLEAR

HE SAID:

- Sexy photos that Sambora's ex-assistant e-mailed to him -- and that Locklear found -- didn't cause the split. Says a friend of Sambora's, the couple "have issues that they've been trying to resolve for years." -- People, P. 56

- He didn't cheat with the assistant. "This is not the Jude Law story," says a source close to Sambora. -- People, P. 56

SHE SAID: - The photos "completely blew their marriage out of the water," says a Locklear friend. "Heather couldn't believe what she was seeing." -- Star, P. 45

- Locklear had been wary of the assistant, so she was fired in 2005. "Heather thought [she] was out of their lives for good," says a Locklear friend, and seeing the photos "was like a hard kick in the stomach . . . " -- Star, P. 45

CHARLIE SHEEN AND DENISE RICHARDS

HE SAID: - Sheen's rep had no comment, but a "Sheen insider" says: "The company Charlie was keeping was dangerous." -- Us, P. 53 - At a Feb. 3 taping of his sitcom, "he looked depressed," says an eyewitness. On Feb. 4, when asked how he was handling the split, Sheen said, "I don't want to talk about it." -- Us, P. 55

SHE SAID: - Sheen, who once blew $53,000 on Heidi Fleiss' hookers, had reportedly been seeing prostitutes again. " . . . [Denise] heard that he had enlisted the services of another Hollywood madam. LANCE ARMSTRONG AND SHERYL CROW

HE SAID: - "This week has been rough," Armstrong said on his radio show. "That doesn't change the fact that I think Sheryl is an unbelievable lady." -- People, P. 95 - He added that he was "torn that it didn't work out," then cued up his favorite Crow tune, "Letter to God," to say farewell. -- People, P. 95

GRAHAM COLTON AND KELLY CLARKSON

HE SAID: - Clarkson's career was partly to blame. "She's on the road and he's in the studio... there isn't time to spend together," says a pal. -- People, P. 30

SHE SAID: - "I'm not sad, really, because our relationship made me believe in love again," Clarkson told the German magazine Bravo. -- People, P. 30
