Philadelphia Soul players and cheerleaders helped Jon Bon Jovi celebrate his 46th birthday Sunday night, when they wheeled a cake onstage at the Wachovia Center after Bon Jovi played "Livin' on a Prayer." The cake, by Nina Asadoorian, of Truli Confectionary Arts, in the Northeast, was ordered by Chickie's & Pete's owner, Pete Ciarrocchi. Guitarist and minor Soul owner Richie Sambora led the crowd in "Happy Birthday." JBJ kiddingly asked the gang to "get the f--- off the stage
