Sambora Asks For Joint Custody In Locklear Divorce Case
Rocker, Actress Divorcing After 11 Years Of Marriage
LOS ANGELES -- Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora is asking for joint custody of his 8-year-old daughter with Heather Locklear.
Locklear filed for divorce last month after 11 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
Sambora is asking for joint physical and legal custody of their daughter, Ava Elizabeth.
He requested that his premarital agreement with Locklear be enforced.
Sambora also asked the court to give up its right to order him to pay Locklear spousal support.
Attorneys for both Sambora and Locklear declined to comment.
