HEATHER LOCKLEAR's marriage to Bon Jovi rocker RICHIE SAMBORA is said to be on the rocks because she is too bossy. The couple celebrate their 11th wedding anniversary this month. But friends say the relationship is strained and Heather, 44, is refusing to have another baby and wants to resurrect her acting career. Sambora, 46, is said to be sick of his wife keeping him on a short leash.
