Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. … Kid Rock, Richie Sambora, Jon Bon Jovi and Olivia Newton-John celebrated with triple Country Music Association Award-winner Lee Ann Womack at Duvet. ... A promoter of the book "Eat Fat Lose Fat," which intriguingly recommends coconut products as a diet aid, just sent a copy as a Thanksgiving gift to President Bush. I wonder if he was amused?
