MIAMI -- The world's longest motorcycle parade brought joy to children in need Sunday.
More than 30,000 bikers hit the streets, traveling down Interstate 95 for the 17th annual South Florida President's Council Christmas Toys in the Sun Run.Slideshow: 17th Annual Sun Run
This year, the kids got an extra special surprise when Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora took part in the event. Sambora said he was happy to help.
"This is just fantastic," Sambora said. "It feels so good here. Everybody is here giving to the kids and it's a great way to kick off the holiday season."
Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler was also on hand for the charity event.
In the past 16 years, bikers and supporters at the annual Sun Run have raised more than $4 million for children in need.
