GREETINGS FROM ATLANTIC CITY!

(Monday, November 22, 2004)

The morning after the two nights before... Sounds like the band had a busy weekend down in A.C. -- here's the report we've been given:

The band arrived at the Borgata on Friday night and did a closed rehearsal. Saturday night, there was a full on-camera dress rehearsal. There was an audience. No tickets were sold - it was free to invited guests only. It was by no means full and it wasn't intended to be. This was a run-thru for the cameras, the folks working the webcast, the folks working the InHD simulcast. The set list was almost identical to the final one performed last nite.

Those watching at home witnessed a Pre-Show from 8:00 - 8:30pm featuring Pierre Robert interviewing Jon, Richie, Tico, David and Hugh... it was hosted by Rachel Perry of VH1... and then at 8:30pm, it was showtime. Here's the set list:

WHY AREN'T YOU DEAD?
YOU GIVE LOVE A BAD NAME
THE RADIO SAVED MY LIFE TONIGHT
BORN TO BE MY BABY
OPEN ALL NIGHT
EVERYDAY
FOURTH OF JULY (featuring David Bryan on the accordian!)
IT'S MY LIFE
I'LL BE THERE FOR YOU (Richie Sambora on lead vocals)
LOVE AIN'T NOTHING BUT A FOUR LETTER WORD
WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE
ONLY IN MY DREAMS (featuring Tico Torres sitting on a stool downstage center - Jon Bon Jovi filled in on drums for that song!)
I GET A RUSH
I'LL SLEEP WHEN I'M DEAD
BAD MEDICINE
SHOUT

Encore:
THESE ARMS ARE OPEN ALL NIGHT
GARAGELAND
LIVIN' ON A PRAYER

** Saturday, the band performed KEEP THE FAITH, though it didn't make last nite's set list.
Now, the crew is off to NYC for THE TODAY SHOW - so make sure to tune in to watch or head on down to Rockefeller Center to be a part of the show!
